Cindy Dumas, PharmD, RPh
Senior Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge, Ridgeland, MS
Cindy joined AIS Healthcare in 2014 as a Staff Pharmacist and is now the acting Senior Director of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist in Charge at our Ridgeland, MS compounding pharmacy. She has a vast array of pharmacy experience including administrative, retail, institutional, academic, nursing home consultation and high-risk intrathecal compounding. Prior to AIS Healthcare, Cindy served as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine and while there was also Adjunct Faculty for the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. She provided students with pediatric experience through the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Electives and also conducted classroom teaching for Problem Based Learning. Cindy retired from the University of Mississippi Medical Center after 25 years of service to the Department of Pharmacy.
Her involvement in many local pharmacy associations included being a Past President for the Mississippi Society of Hospital Pharmacists. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science degree and PharmD from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy.
Jonathan Hamer, PharmD, MBA, BCPS
Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge,
Jonathan brings two decades of healthcare experience to AIS Healthcare, where he currently serves as Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge at our Dallas, TX compounding pharmacy. Prior to joining AIS, he was Pharmacy Director at two large health systems, Kaiser Permanente and Baylor Scott & White, and also worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital. A licensed pharmacist in multiple states and preceptor to pharmacy students across the country, Jonathan has certifications in pain management pharmacotherapy, advanced pain management and sterile compounding.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry/cell biology and economics from the University of California, San Diego and a PharmD from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and Towson University and emergency medicine training from the University of California, Los Angeles.
