- Patient is called within 24 hours after referral is received.
- Benefits are quickly reviewed and verified.

- Provider office is updated on approval status throughout the process.
Stay updated with ongoing patient care from our home infusion nurses
Patient is called 24-48 hours before each infusion to confirm appointment and ensure medication supplies have arrived.
- Provider office is notified if any scheduled visit is canceled or changed
In-home infusion service conducted.
- If desired, provider office is sent infusion nursing notes and POC after each infusion
Patient is called 48 hours after each infusion to assess therapy response.

Supply to meet Ig infusion needs for patients with immunodeficiencies
AIC is contracted with multiple Ig suppliers for long-term supply agreements. This helps guarantee product availability and allows us to onboard more patients. We are also a limited distribution partner for the following Ig products.
