And she, like many of our CBID patients, is critically dependent on maintaining adequate serum IgG levels. Well, Meredith drove from Valdosta to Blue Ridge to deliver her prescription IgG. And if that isn’t above and beyond the call of duty, I don’t know what is.

My name is Steven Donegan. In 1987 I was injured on the job for the state of Tennessee. Since that time I have been through 15 surgeries. I have had neurostimulators implanted, only to short out and have to have other surgeries to take those out and have others put back in. I have had every kind of shot, injection, trial. I’ve taken every pain medication you can think of. I figured it up one time and it was in excess of 10 to 15,000 pills per year I was taking. Constant pain was a way of life. And I will be honest and tell you, it was no life. Six years ago, Dr. Yelameli with Nashville Pain Center suggested I try a pain pump. Within two weeks of the pump being implanted, I was able to quit all of my medication. Right now, the only medication I take is supplied through you, AIS. It has changed my life. I now work part time for an apartment complex, I have gotten recertified to do the pools, I’m the pool guy. To the people of AIS, I would like to say thank you for the service you provide. You have changed my life so much that I can’t even begin to describe it. I have been working with AIS for seven years now. They have been our supplier for our compounds for our intrathecal pain pumps. AIS offered a full breadth of compounds available to be put in the pump as well as their ability to prepare these in very specific formulations and concentrations. We’ve never had a problem with the compounds, they have always delivered exactly what has been ordered, and the delivery time has just been exceptional. Even in cases where we’ve needed things urgently, we’ve been able to get them the next day, usually early in the morning. It’s been fantastic.
